- An urgent ban on animal torture videos made for profit, and action against organised torture groups on social media, the dark web and encrypted messaging apps — because this content harms minors and undermines social stability.
- Platform accountability, so abuse accounts stop outlasting the people who report them.
- Protection for people who report cruelty, and investigation into how their personal details are leaked.
